To you Cross Country

I love running. Wow. yes i am one of those freaks who love to run, but not puke. gross. I am so excited i get to run varsity this upcoming BIIF race. if our team makes it to states we would fly out to Kauai and get to stay for a couple days. so hoping that i can get the grip for my camera by then so i can have an extra battery life so i don't have to risk not having a charge. but anyways, back to Cross country. Yeah, i get to run in kauai if we get 3rd place. I am so totally going to run my hardest. ever. maybe i can stay with andrew and maybe, even maybe, beat Gage. though i am slight sad panda because Paul (my running bud last year) isn't varsity anymore. but he might make it in the opens. but this year Gage and i are running buds. though the last time we ran with each other all the was was 2 Kamehameha's ago.

Cross Country gets me pumped up and fit for the year in front of me. I can't wait till next year. i will hopefully (God forbid) do cross country until i am a senior in high-school.

Today was great.

I had homework... YAY!
I say that very lightly. I'm usually never happy with homework, but this was a special assignment. ready for this? are you seated? ok. I got to right a story about someone's struggle against society. HA! hold back your excitement. i know that might sound lame but it was sooooo fun! i got to write about this boy named Nig (his full name was Nigarblian -i forget...haha- Robinson VI) who had powers. It's so sweet. i wish all could read it. but i don't really want to post it on this blog... maybe i will post it later in life. It would be my dream to continue it and create a little book. like 100pgs long. that would be legit.
About this Charlie Brown thing. Last week i really really didnt want to be in the play. but i dont really have a choice, i dont think anyone is really willing to take this place and i know a lot of lines already. So, yeah. But this time will pass. Can't wait for this week. only 2 practices!

I am going to have to admit. I am very excited to be Charlie Brown. Even though i don't really show it. I cant wait to actually be ok with sing in front of people. Some might say, "Eric!?!?! are you even excited to be Charlie Brown?" i my response should be, "Oh yeah! Who wouldn't be?" but i actually say, "Yeah..." So now. All you who follow 'Hey, lets make it great' remind me to be happy that i am Charlie Brown.

Q: Why are not excited to be 'Charlie Brown'?

A: Well, i wanted to be Linus but i didn't want to sing the songs that he had. So the other choice was Schroeder, but Daniel was really stoked to be him, and i was all like, "ah... oh well" but still, like i said, it's a bitter/sweet type of relationship.

Finally i get to start this wondrous blog. After 3 attempts. I win. Sitting in our family room, just sitting hear, listening to the LPGA's audience going off in the background. 

This blog is meant for my thoughts to be put on paper (not actually paper, but it looks like it when i'm writing this blog), i will probably be writing about how my highschool life is coming along and also what God has been doing in my life, and also my friends, my photography life, and what i want to do when i grow up (one day)... hopefully not soon. 

My V.T.T.R.R.H.T.B. aka Vow To Try Really Really Hard to Blog. A promise for my own good: I Promise to keep this blog going as long as I have a thought in my brain about this blog. 

To try and keep this might be hard, but to me, it's a challenge.

Q: Why the name "Hey, lets make it great"

A: Well, thinking about my life, i never wanted anything to be lame, or lamesauce so i always try to change things up and make that experience better. "Why title the blog that?" you say... Because i will try to make this blog as interesting as possible.

Q: Why blog?

A: Because my biggest idea was to be a big-thought (the newspeak word for, The one to express all things through paper and pencil/pen.) (and yes i made that up). I wanted to keep these thoughts flowing through my head. And blogging was the easy and fast way to keep them flowing like a california river.

Q: Blog: God?

A: i'm working on my different blog which is just awesome stuff that i write down to remember all that He has done for me.
